Ingredients

  • Frozen beef kofta (such as Americana brand or any frozen beef meatballs)
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonsalt and mixed spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the meatballs until they change color.

  2. 2

    Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Blend the tomatoes in a blender, then add them to the onion and cook until the sauce thickens.

  4. 4

    Add the meatballs and spices, cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Serve with rice.
