  3. Vegetable oil for frying
  4. 1 cupFlour
  5. 1and 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonSeasoning
  8. 2tlbsp sugar

  1. 1

    Slice yam,season with salt and add sugar and flour together.

    Whisk egg then deep in it

    Then put un the desiccated coconut.Fry for 4minutes till is golden brown.Remember to turn and fry.
