Steps

Add wheat flour, salt, ajwain and water in a mixing bowl knead the dough.

Take some dough and roll it like chapati.

Make strips of the chapati with the pizza cutter,

Apply ghee on striped chapati and sprinkle dry flour now put 1 strip on another.

Now make a peda with this strip chapati.

Roll it again with light hands.

Grease oil on tawa put the paratha on tawa and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with any veggies.
