Crispy Lachha Paratha with Malai Kofta

Add wheat flour,ginger garlic paste,salt,ajwain in a mixing bowl add little water and make a smooth dough.

And make balls with the dough.roll it make a roti.

Cut roti into strips with the help of knife.

Spread the oil on cut roti sprinkle some dry wheat flour fold it and make a ball with this

Roll it again with light hands.

Put paratha on tawa,add oil and shallow fry from both sides of paratha.

Serve this yummy paratha with any gravy sabji i served with malai kofta.
