1 bowlSmall sewaiya of suji(rava)
2 table spoonoil to fry
1/2 bowlsugar
2 & 1/2 bowl bowl water
1/2 tspElaihii powder
as neededDry fruit(if you like)

Fry the sewaiyan in oil till brown

Add water in fried sewaiyan, let it boil until little water remain.

Add sugar and ellaichi powder and cover with lid. After 2-3minutes close the gas stove. Let it be in steam for 5 minutes.

Add dry fruit and serve
