Ingredients

  1. 2Eggplants
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 2 TbspSesame paste. Tahinni
  4. Olive oil
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Salt, pepper, cumin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the eggplants lenghtwise and bake for 50 mins at 350°F

  2. 2

    Scoop the flesh with a spoon

  3. 3

    In a food processor puree the eggplant, garlic, juice of lemon, salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin, tahini paste until creamy.

    Serve in a small bowl with olive oil and paprika. With pita bread. Enjoy!!
