Ingredients

50 gmcurd
50 gm maida
2 tbsprawa
2 tbspgreen peas
2 tbspfresh corn paste
2 tbspcoriander leaves
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspginger paste
1 tbspbutter
1 tspsugar
Salt as per taste
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsoda bi carb
Water as required

Steps

Mix all ingredients and mix well.

Pour a batter in muffins mold and top layer as the tomato and onion.

Bake it at 180℃ for 10-15 minutes.

Pierce the centre to check if it is cooked.

If not bake for 2-3 minutes more and serve when cool.
