Heat ghee in a pan, add makhana and roast till golden or until crispy. It takes around 10- 15 min. Switch off the flame and cool down. In same pan add ghee and roast curry leaves, untill crispy keep aside

Transfer to a mixer jar and grind it to a fine powder. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour and all other ingredients along with lotus seed powder and curry leaves by crushing it with our hands.

First mix well, then add water and knead it to a soft dough.Allow it to rest for 20 mins atleast.
Then knead again and form lemon sized balls.Take a ball and start rolling. Dust flour if needed to avoid sticking. - 4
Roll to thin paratha. Heat a tawa, spread oil, then transfer a paratha. Then flip to other side, apply ghee and cook until brown spots appear.
Finally serve with any curry or chutney of ur choice. - 5
