Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsidli or dosa batter (leftover or freshly ground)
  2. 2 tbsprawa/sooji or rice flour
  3. 2green chillies finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  5. 1/4 tspgrated ginger
  6. 2-3 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl except oil.
    Make sure everything is well combined.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Now dip your hand in water and start making fritters.

  4. 4

    Fry punugulu on medium flame till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Take the punugulu out in a serving plate and serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup😊
