Heat the dawa ya pilau in a sifuria about 2 minutes.

Crush it into powder form.

Put the frying oil in a sufuria and heat for about 4 minutes.deep the chopped onions in the hot oil and wait till they turn brown.

Add the grated ginger and garlic and mix for 3minutes. Add the dawa ya pilau and mix for 2 minutes.

Add the capsicum and wait until the mixtures turns brown.

Add the tomatoes and the coriander and cover till they start becoming thick.add salt.

Add the hot water into the mixture and your washed rice and stir until the water is over.

Cover the food and put hot charcoal at the top to dry well

Serve with your kachumbari and enjoy to the fulliest.
