Washed and Soak chana dal overnight or upto 6 hours.

After finished soaking time pressure cook up to 5 to 6 whistle.

Let the cooker cool down. Meanwhile prepare dough..take maida in mixing bowl add 2 tablespoon ghee pinch of salt and knead the soft dough like chapati dough. Cover and rest it for 20 to 25 minutes.

Now strain all the water from the dal and add the boiled chana dal in to the mixer jar and grind to the fine paste.

Take a non stick pan put all grounded dal in it add grated jeggery and cook until all the water evaporate. Add elaichi powder and nutmeg powder and mix it well. Let the mixture cool down.

Take maida dough on the surface and again knead it by adding little ghee make the smooth dough.

Make big peda. Roll a small roti stuff the chana dal mixture and again roll the paratha.

Roast the paratha on hot tawa apply ghee on both the side. Keep the flame medium.

Now paratha is ready to serve.
