Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupsinghara aata
  2. 1/2 cupmakhane
  3. 1/2 cupkhoya
  4. 2 tea spooncondensed milk
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1/4 tea spooncardamom powder
  7. 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  8. 4chopped cashew
  9. 4chopped almonds
  10. 4raisin

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast singhara flour.

  2. 2

    Mix and roast for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add khoya and cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    Take out it from wok

  5. 5

    In same wok dry roast makhana.

  6. 6

    Cool and grind it.

  7. 7

    Mix in sighara flour.

  8. 8

    Now add powdered sugar and condensed milk and make dough.

  9. 9

    Mix all dry fruits.

  10. 10

    Now de mould it.

  11. 11

    Modak are ready
