Ingredients

  • 3 CupJwari Flour
  • 1/4 CupWheat Flour
  • 1/4 CupChana Dal Flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-5 TspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspJeera (Cumins) and Ajwain
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida (Hing)
  • as neededOil to fry
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all Flour together and in that mix Jeera, Ajwain, Hing,Salt, Chilli powder and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now only take few portion out of above mixed flour and in that add a little amount of warm water. Prepare the dough.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in pan.

  4. 4

    Out of prepared dough take a small ball and make small round size roti.

  5. 5

    Now fry this in heated oil. ** While frying mostly keep high flame so that it will come out good.

  6. 6

    Like this now prepare for remaining flour also.

  7. 7

    Here, your Dhapate / Thalipit is ready.

  8. 8

    Serve it with Curd.
