Heat ghee in a pan

Add grated coconut and roast it for a minute

Add powdered sugar and cherry

Keep this aside

For dough add plain flour in a a bowl and add salt, oil and water as needed and prepare the dough

Roll out a circle and add spoonful of the coconut mixture in it and give it a shape of modak

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown

Coconut modak is ready
