Rajgira ladoo all time favourite
Steps

Heat the big & heavy pan add rajgira seeds in it.. roast rajgira seeds till it get popped in low flame.

Heat another pan add jaggery pieces in it.

When jaggery get dissolves add 3 cups water & cook till it becomes two thread consistency.

When jaggery syrup is ready switch off the flame & immediate add roasted rajgira seeds in it.

Mix continuously that jaggery syrup gives coating to rajgira seeds.

Now take some ghee in ur palm then take some portion of mixture & give shape as a ladoo.

Make ladoo when mixture is warm only.. Otherwise it not in shape.

For all festivals fasting rajgira ladoo is ready.
