Steps

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix

In a separate bowl add egg, butter, flavour and milk. Whisk everything together

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well, Don't over do it

The mixture should not be too thick and not watery (in case you need to adjust)

Put your pan(preferably nonstick) on heat and start frying on low heat

Enjoy with the topping of your choice
