Steps

Heat ghee, roast suji till golden brown.

Now add water or milk. Let it evaporate.

Add sugar. Mix well and cook for sometime, as water is released after adding sugar.

Add smashed banana.
- 5
When the Suji halwa dries and leaves the sides. Add cardamom powder.
- 6
Garnish with almonds and one pc of banana (optional)
