In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. knead soft dough

Add more breadcrumbs if required in case the mixture is difficult to handle

Divide dough into equal portions. Shape into cylindrical portion. Insert skewers.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Heat grill pan and grease well. Place skewers and cook until golden brown on all sides

Alternatively this can be grilled in oven or tandoor too

Drain excess oil on kitchen towel

Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
