Grilled Lamb Chops 🍖😋
Fresh and grilled over charcoal.

Prepare the marinade: Combine salt, black pepper, curry powder, hot pepper spice blend, pomegranate molasses, and lemon juice.

Let the lamb marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Arrange the chops on a grill rack.

Grill over charcoal to your preferred doneness; I cooked them to half well done (medium).
