Ingredients

30minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gPork chopped
  • 2large or 3 medium ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1large red onion chopped
  • Bunchdhania/corriander
  • 3 tbspsvegetable oil
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Hit your oil in a pan/sufuria

  2. 2

    Add your pork and let fry until golden brown..stir frequently to avoid burning..stir after about 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Once golden..add your onions and garlic and let cook covered for about 3 minutes and until your onions have turned tender

  4. 4

    Add your tomatoes and cover..let them cook for about 3 minutes or until tender and mash them to form a thick paste

  5. 5

    Add your corriander..soy sauce and salt and stir

  6. 6

    Let them cook for 2 minutes and serve with your prefered accompaniment such as ugali

  7. 7

    Don't forget to share with friends..tastes Better that way 😆😆😆
