Ingredients

  • Brinjal 2 big one
  • Onion 3 medium size
  • Tomatoes 4 medium size
  • 3green cilli
  • leavesCoriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil
  • 1 pinchturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast brinjals on gas flame

  2. 2

    Mash the roasted brinjals

  3. 3

    Heat the pan put oil in it

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion to it stir till it half cooked then add tomatoes and let it cooked

  5. 5

    Add all spices and green chilli and add meshed brinjal cook it for 10 mints

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves
