First boil potatoes,peel them and mash.Add all ingredients to it and 1/2cup gramflour.Don't add bread crumbs and rava.

Mix breadcrumbs and rava for coating.Sidewise make thick batter of gramflour by adding little water and salt for the dip.

Make cutlets shape with potato stuffing dip in gramflour batter and coat with breadcrumbs and rava.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all till they are golden and crisp.Enjoy with tea and sauce..
