Steps
- 1
I am going to be using jasmine rice, and my rice has been soaked for 6hrs & I've just rinsed it out, but b4 I blend I will first proof the Yeats & in the bowl i've got some warm water, sugar & yeast & i'm going to mix that together and set aside.
- 2
So I'm going to blending some, onion, and cooked rice together with the rice which i have previously soaked & rinsed.
- 3
Put a mixture in a large bowl enought to accommodate twice or 3 times the size of the batter this will give room for the batter to rise, add the proofed yeast & mix it together, it's ok if there still some tiny little grains of rise in the batter it's actually in avoidable & this will definitely not affect u'r final outcome.
- 4
So at this point i'm going to be covering this up & I will leave it to proof & ferment for about 6 to 8 hrs or probably overnight.
- 5
So now i will be adding some baking powder, pinch of salt, sugar & chopped onions.
- 6
Finally i'ts ready time to frying.
