Ingredients

2 people
  • 100ग्राम (आधा कप) सेवैयां
  • एक टमाटर बारीक कटा एक प्याज बारीक कटा 2 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी
  • आधा छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर आधा छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • एक छोटा चम्मच जीरा या राई स्वादानुसार नमक

Steps

  1. 1

    गैस पर कड़ाही में एक चम्मच तेल गर्म करें

  2. 2

    इसमें सेवैयां डालकर मध्यम आंच पर 5 मिनट तक एक बड़े चम्मच से चलाते हुए फ्राई करें

  3. 3

    ये अच्छी तरह भुन जाएं तो इनको एक प्लेट में निकालकर रखें

  4. 4

    अब कड़ाही में 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर गर्म करें

  5. 5

    गर्म तेल में जीरा या राई डालकर भूनें, फिर इसमें प्याज और हरी मिर्च डालकर प्याज के गुलाबी होने तक मध्यम आंच पर फ्राई कर लें

  6. 6

    अब सब्जियों में हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च और नमक मिलाकर 2 मिनट फ्राई करके, इसमें फ्राइड सेवैयां डालकर 1 से 2 मिनट चलाकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स कर लें

  7. 7

    उसके बाद सेवैयां में 2 से 3 कप पानी डालकर मध्यम आंच पर 10 मिनट तक उबाल कर पकाएं

  8. 8

    सेवैयां नर्म होकर अच्छी तरह पक जाएं और उसका सारा पानी सूख जाए, तो गैस बंद कर दें
