Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 11/2 tspbaking powder
  • I cup of milk
  • 1 tbspnred velvet essence
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1tspn of cocoa
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2tspn custard powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Butter oil and sugar till fluffy Add essence and egg one by one.

  3. 3

    Fold in the flour and milk alternating them.

  4. 4

    In a cupcake baking tray lineup the cupcake cases and fill them 3/4.

  5. 5

    In a preheated oven bake for 15 minutes
