Ingredients

  1. 500 gmspaneer cubes, fried
  2. 10green chillies, finely chopped (adjust according to taste)
  3. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  4. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  5. 2 tbspssoy sauce
  6. 1/2green pepper, sliced or cubed
  7. 1/2red pepper, sliced or cubed
  8. 4onions, sliced
  9. To taste, salt
  10. Chopped greens of spring onion for garnish
  11. 2 tbspsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, heat the oil on medium heat and add onions, fry them lightly, then add green chillies and cook for 2minutes. Then add the peppers.

  2. 2

    Add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt. Add a few drops of water if it's too thick and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the paneer to it and cook for a few more minutes ensuring that the paneer has been evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Transfer in a serving dish and sprinkle greens of spring onion onto it. It's ready to serve.
