Wash Lobster, detach lobster tail by twisting the tail. Cut shell with shears to extract meat. Wash,

Trim tail meat and cut in half. Cut meat into bite size nuggets. Mix flour and bread crumbs

Heat oil med high. Season nuggets and coat with breading flour evenly. Fry for ONE min stirring nuggets in oil to cook evenly and pull them out quickly. Lobster cooks very quickly so be careful not to over fry them.ENJOY They’re Delicious
