Ingredients

  • Green bananas
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Table salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the bananas and cut them in small pieces

  2. 2

    Wash them 3 times to clean

  3. 3

    Fry onions to golden brown, add cut tomatoes and stir to make paste

  4. 4

    Add garlic and salt

  5. 5

    Put the bananas and stir

  6. 6

    Put water and cook for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with either kachumbari or fried meat
