Put cooking oil into your pan, add onions, black pepper, crushed ginger and garlic with a pinch of salt, saute them till they are golden brown

Add the tomatoes and simmer till they are ready or you can as well use tomato paste

Add sodium bicarbonate traditionally known as musherekha with a little bit of water for your soup

Place in your thoroughly washed mushrooms and heat them till they are tender
- 5
Serve them with ugali or rice once ready
