In a pot of boiling water add the rice, partly cover it and the rice cook slowly.

In another cooking pot put chopped onions and some cooking oil allow them to cook then add your nicely cut Spinach add some salt to taste and cover it. Cook for about 5 minutes and remove from fire.

On a different cooking pot put some nicely chopped onions and add in some cooking oil.

When the onions are slightly cooked add in some garlic stir well and add in hoho and dhania then immedietly add in the pre-boiled liver, tomatoes and spices of your choice. Cover to allow it to cook for some time.. dont forget to add some salt to taste.

Add some little water and cover again for some 10 mins.

Now the food in the 3 pots and enjoy them while hot.!
