Steps

Seive bajra flour,add salt,mix well,add little- little water in it..to bind into soft dough.Rub/ knead the dough in thali with your palm of your hands to make smooth for few minutes.

Dip the prepared smooth dough..into dry bajra flour and flatten it by patting on thali in circular motion with palm of hand into 5" daimeter thick roti like round.Place on warm tawa(griddle).

Cook for 1 min on medium flame,flip over,cook till brown spots appears,turn and place on open high flame till rotla puff up..and blackish brown spots appears.

Serve hot bajra rotla with tbsp of homemade butter (makhan),dates(black khajur),& a glass of boiled hot cow milk...to make complete healthy breakfast meal.

Variation..you can spread one tbsp butter on bajra rotla and sprinkle jeeralu(like chat masala) or moglapodi powder.

1- bajra rotla..110 calories, boiled hot milk- 100 calories,1 tbsp homemade butter-42 calorie,and 2-dates- 250 calories...approx.
