Paneer Jalfrezi

Paneer Jalfrezi is a quick version of delicious and popular restaurant style recipe. It is made with easily available ingredients and comes together to serve in just 15 minutes. It is that much easy. So now no worries to welcome sudden guests. It can be made vegan too by using Tofu.

Paneer Jalfrezi is a quick version of delicious and popular restaurant style recipe. It is made with easily available ingredients and comes together to serve in just 15 minutes. It is that much easy. So now no worries to welcome sudden guests. It can be made vegan too by using Tofu.
Steps

Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a non stick pan. Add chopped onion and bell pepper pieces to the pan in the hot oil.

Saute them for 3 minutes on high flame. Stir constantly. Take these out and set aside.

Now heat another 1/2 tbsp oil to the same pan.

Add Paneer cubes and cook on high flame while tossing them and grilling them from all over, for 3 minutes. Take these out and set aside.

In the same pan, add heat 1 tsp oil on medium heat.

Add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam Masala, and salt to the oil.

Saute for few seconds till raw smell of ginger garlic is gone. Add Ketchup and water to the pan.

Stir the spices, ketchup and water together. Cook on low heat for 1 minute.This is our quick jalfrezi sauce.

Toss the paneer, bell pepper,kasuri methi and onion pieces in the quick jalfrezi sauce for 1 minute.

Add Tomato pieces and Stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the gas.

Our quick Paneer Jalfezi is ready in just 15 minutes.

Serve hot paneer jalfrezi with Naan, Roti or any Parantha of your choice.
