Heat some water into a pan and when the water start boil.put prwal in it.let them boil for 3-4minutes and then turn off the heat.cover the pan for half an hour.after half an hour strain the pan with lid. water from the parwal.cut them from the center length.take out seeds from the parwal. In another pan add water and sugar let it boli until it from a a syrup.stir in continuously so that sugar gets dissolved in the water.put all parwal in the syrup 1hour in the syrup. let get it sweet.

Put kohya in a deep pan and roast in medium flame light brown in colour.let cool down add chopped almonds, pistachio, cardamom,chiranjee dana sugar,into roasted Khoya.now take out parwal from the Syrup put the plate stuff each parwal with filling and press in light hands

Parwal sweet is ready to serve
