One Maida ball take a hand press the thumb center the urad dough ball filling.Make a ball

Hot oil in a pan ball press in hand and fry golden brown.

Oil in pan jeera hing tejpata add tomato paste stir 5minute than add coriander haldi red chilli sugar garamkasturi methi masala black salt Kali mirch,stir 5minute add aloo water salt as required for boiling.

Ready to club kachori and aloo ki subji to serve.
