Steps

30minutes.

Fry onion in a sufuria using oil. Add in tomatoes and fry until tomatoes are all mashed then add in royco salt and mix. Then add in warm water. Boil for 30minutes.

Add in the already fried Tilapia. Add in Dania. Boil for 2 minutes.

Then serve.
