Steps

Add besan,sugar,water,salt and soda in a mixing bowl mix it well,there is no lumps.

Rest batter for 20 minutes.

Now add eno and mix well.

Grease oil in a dhokla mold pour this batter and bake for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add green chilli,rai,curry leaves when crackle add on dhokla.

Serve with chutney.
