  • Turkey
  • Vegetable oil
  • Corriander
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your already cut turkey and place in a pot, add all your spices and put in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate

  2. 2

    Remove from the fridge, add a little water and cook untill soft. Deep fry using vegetable oil.
