4 servings
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1/4 kgpeas
  • 2big carrots
  • 1capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the water

  2. 2

    Add the cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add the rice

  4. 4

    Cover for ten minutes

  5. 5

    Just before the water drys up, add the peas, chopped carrots and capsicum

  6. 6

    Stir, cover and boil for 2mins.

  7. 7

    Serve with your favorite stew
