Ingredients

  1. 4 cupssprouted moong
  2. 200 gmsCheese
  3. 3 tbspgram flour
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 4green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1small bunch of coriander leaves finely chopped
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspchilli powdered
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  13. as neededBread crumbs for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the sprouted moong, green peas, and cheese to a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Add the onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices to this paste.

  3. 3

    Make a stiff batter by adding gram flour. Form into cutlets.

  4. 4

    Roll lightly in bread crumbs and deep fry.

  5. 5

    Drain in absorbent paper. And serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
