Sprouted moong and Cheese Cutlets

#Cheese This is cocktail snacks and has very nutritious recepie.
Steps

Grind the sprouted moong, green peas, and cheese to a smooth paste.

Add the onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices to this paste.

Make a stiff batter by adding gram flour. Form into cutlets.
- 4
Roll lightly in bread crumbs and deep fry.
- 5
Drain in absorbent paper. And serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
