Balasmic drizzle***

Combine 1.5 to 2 cups of vingear and sugar in a pot. Set on medium heat.

Mixture should be on a soft boil. Stirring occasionally. You want the mixture to reduce to tbe point that one you put a spoon in pot, mixture coats the spoon. Allow to cool.

Roast Brussels sprouts ***

Set stove to 350.

In a large bowl, combine 1 tbsp of oil to about a pound of sprouts. Season based on preference. (What i typically used is whats in ingredients)

Roast until sprouts have a light to med brown complexion

Drizzle balsamic drizzle over sprouts. You can settle extra and use over salad,meats, or other veggies
