Boil your beans till they're tender

In a separate pan, add cooking oil and heat then the chopped onions, grated garlic and ginger saute them to golden brown

Add tomatoes, grated carrots, pinch of salt, black pepper, grated carrots and boiled beans then simmer for a few minutes then sprinkle your chopped coriander

Serve when hot with chapati or rice
