Ingredients

  • 1 kgfish
  • 5 tablespoonsmustard seed, make a smooth paste
  • 6 pcgreen chilies
  • 1 pinchKalonji
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • Sugar and salt as per taste
  • as neededMustard oil
  • leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat the mustard oil.

  2. 2

    Fry the fish pieces.

  3. 3

    Now add Kalonji in the oil.

  4. 4

    Now add mustard paste and green chilies.

  5. 5

    Now add hot water and fish pieces.

  6. 6

    Now add sugar and salt as per taste.

  7. 7

    At last add coriander leaves.
