Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled white chane
  • 1 cuponion puree
  • 2 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspgarlic, ginger paste
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • as neededoil
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  • 1 spoonchana masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil and rost zeera

  2. 2

    Add ginger, garlic paste and onion till them brown now add tomato puree

  3. 3

    Cook for 5 to 7 min.

  4. 4

    Add all masala mix well, cook again for 4 - 5 min

  5. 5

    Add chane and mix well cook for a few minutes and required water.

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 min.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
