  • 1 kgManagu
  • 1/2 kgterere
  • 1/4 kgsukuma wiki
  • Cream
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Steps

4 days
  1. 1

    Mix and wash clean all the vegetables together under running water.

  2. 2

    Put in a pot to boil and add cream the first day.

  3. 3

    Boil the the day and add cream.

  4. 4

    Boil the second day and add cream.

  5. 5

    Boil the fourth day and add cream, then serve with ugali. Salt is optional.
