Ingredients

4 large size brinzals
5 medium size tomatoes
5 medium size onion
2 inchesginger
9-10garlic cloves
2 tea spoonred chilli powder
1 tea spooncoriander powder
1 tea spoonturmeric powder
1 tea spoongaram masala
1 table spoonoil
1 tea spooncumin
Salt as per taste

Make ginger garlic paste with salt and red chilli

Cut brinzal from center..do not seprate it...stuff with ginger garlic paste

Heat a pan add oil put cumin
4

Fry onion and tomato..place brizal over it
5

Cover the lid..cook for 15 minutes on low flame
