Ingredients

20 minutes
3 portion
  1. 75 gcooking oil
  2. 225 gself raising flour
  3. 1 tbspcornflour
  4. 175 mlbutter milk
  5. 1/2 tbspsalt
  6. 1small egg(for egg washing)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven at 190°© for 10minutes and grease the baking tray

  2. 2

    Mix the oil,flour,salt cornflour until they resemble breadcrumbs

    Add the milk and mix to form a soft dough

    If the dough is too soft add some flour and knead

  5. 5

    Cut the dough using a pastry cuter or shapes of your choice.. Place them in a baking sheet

    Using a pastry brush,,egg wash them and add the sesame seeds on top

    Bake for at least 20 minutes till they turn brown

    Serve with hot tea and thank me later
