Ingredients

  1. 1small cabbage
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 2 tspginger paste
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspcumin seed
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil and ghee

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam the chopped cabbage

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add oil in the pan and temper cumin seed bay leaf

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder saute well

  6. 6

    Add tomato and saute adding cabbage and Potatoes

  7. 7

    Cover and cook till it is soft add sugar

  8. 8

    Add ghee and garam masala powder

  9. 9

    Serve it with rice or chapati
