Mash the boiled potatoes properly.

Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil.let the oil heat properly.

Add green chilli, ginger,peas and garlic in a hoy oil.fry it for a minute on medium flame.

Add turmeric,red chilli powder.Mix it and cook it for few seconds.

Add cashew and fry it for a minute. add mash potato to it.Mix it well.add garam masala,roasted cumin powder.add salt to taste.mix it and cook for 2-3 mins

Remove the edges of the bread and dip into plain water for 3-4 seconds and squeeze the water gently.

Put stuff in the middle and roll it from all sides put the rolls in hot oil and fry on medium flame until it gets turn into golden fry.

Now serve it with tomato ketchup😋
