Chinese vegetable idlis.

Soak rava with curd and little water to make a thick batter for 3-4 hrs..

Add salt to it,take half batter add eno to it...Then put this in idli stands and steam in a steamer for 5-7 minutes....Take out after it's done

Demould after cooling.. Repeat the process for rest of the batter

Heat oil in a pan...Add ginger garlic paste,sliced onions,carrot,....Saute for 4-5 minutes add cabbage and capsicum again saute for 2-3 minutes

Add soy sauce,chilli sauce, ketchup black pepper powder,salt to taste,and prepared idlis

Mix well..Heat well and idlis ready to serve... Garnish with coriander and spring onion....
