Steps

Cut the onion into small dices

Cut the coriander into small pieces

In a bowl mix flour, the onions, coriander, sugar and salt.

Add water in bits as you knead till the dough is soft and not sticky

Add cooking oil and knead more.

Cover your dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Make small balls and roll each at a time into round shape

Place on a pan till golden brown then turn the other side and do the same

Add oil on each side then repeat to all other balls

Enjoy with your preferred stew or tea
